Alixen Pham is a Best New Poets 2022 finalist and Best of the Net-nominated multidisciplinary and multimedia artist / poet/ writer with numerous publications including The Slowdown featuring Ada Limon, Salamander, Rust + Moth, Apogee Journal, New York Quarterly, Brooklyn Poets, DiaCRITICS, the museum of americana, and Gyroscope Review. She has curated and hosted various events including Long Beach’s Festival of AAPI Books, Virtual Public Poetry Reading Series for National Poetry Month in 2022 with the Will and Ariel Durant Branch Library, and literary workshops. Alixen is a 2023 Periplus Fellow and recipient of The City of West Hollywood 2022 Artist Grant, Brooklyn Poets Fellowship & Scholarship, AWP Mentee Program, PEN Center Fiction Scholarship and others.
